OFFERINGS FOR PARENTS
VIRTUAL PARENTING CIRCLE
Fridays in May beginning 5.1.26
10am-11am PST . 1-2pm EST
A virtual gathering space for the overachieving parent who could use a moment to exhale. Submit a question the day before or simply show up. No preparation required.
Parenting is relentless by nature, and sometimes the most useful thing you can do is step back, connect with others, and remember you are not alone.
Each session includes a short parent education segment based on questions submitted in advance, followed by open Q&A. Expect real conversation, a little loosening up, and the comfort of knowing other parents are right there with you.
"Jess taught class with a warm heart and calming presence, and she spoke with deep wisdom. This created an atmosphere wherein re-parenting myself was accessible, and she literally provided a handbook for my biggest parenting challenges. I really enjoyed the group format and saw both my childhood and parenthood patterns in a new light thanks to the reflections of my peers."

1:1 PARENT COACHING
Parenting children is a sure path to personal growth. In one-on-one parent coaching sessions I guide you on a journey of reflection that builds your awareness of self and deepens your understanding of your child(ren). You will learn to regulate your nervous system and become more empathetic and responsive, rather than reactive. You will feel calmer and more equipped to understand your child and consistently respond to their needs.
Engaging in this process will grow the capacity of your body, mind and emotions. You will be more capable of being present and patient, inevitably shifting your parent-child dynamic.
1:1 conscious parent coaching is offered through a 12 step framework with weekly or bi-weekly 75 minute coaching sessions.
SONGBIRDS
NATURE ENRICHMENT FOR PARENTS & CHILDREN
Join the FNL list to be informed of the next IN-PERSON GROUP
A nature-based offering for parents & caregivers to gather with their young ones (infants - 3 years) to get curious, playful and engaged with the natural world. Through songs, stories, tea time, activities and dialogue, we will indulge our senses, and get to know the landscape while discussing helpful parenting topics. Our time together will support young children to safely explore and for adults to slow down and connect with one another and nature. We will set up a cozy base camp and stay close by. We will not be hiking.
"Songbirds gave us a good excuse to be outside with other likeminded parents, to slow down, reconnect with nature, and strengthened our family bond. A calm and quiet mid-week reminder that slowing down and connecting with nature is more important than 99.9% of the other things on the to-do list. The mid-week pauses became cherished moments of reflection and gratitude. Thank you, Jess for creating such a nurturing and enchanting environment."
