You will learn to regulate your nervous system and become more empathetic and responsive, rather than reactive. You will feel calmer and more peaceful.
Engaging in this process will grow the capacity of your body, mind and emotions. You will be more capable of being present and patient, inevitably shifting your parent-child dynamic.
1:1 conscious parent coaching is offered through a 12 step framework with weekly or bi-weekly 75 minute coaching sessions.
